You can still be in both guilds and gain control of both, but your choices along the way may remove some quests or create some conflicts. Percius is allied with the Thieves Guild while Sjoring wants them eliminated. As you get to the highest levels in the Fighters Guild, you're going to have to decide whose side you're on. Further complicating things will be your association (future, past, or present) with the Thieves Guild. You will get some dubious quests from Sjoring's people (Lorbumol in particular), and if you speak to Percius, he will advise you not to accept some of the bounty hunter-type assignments (more like assassinations, if you ask me - or him, for that matter). Percius' former right-hand man is Hrundi in Sadrith Mora. Sjoring's lackeys are Eydis in Balmora and Lorbumol in Vivec. There is a subtle and then, not so subtle, play for power here. The former guild master is Percius Mercius, one of the good guys, if you will. See, the current guild master is Sjoring Hard-Heart, who also belongs to the Camonna Tong, a criminal organization. This bug is fixed by the Morrowind Patch Project. There is some conspiracy and conflict here. Only after completing Unsanctioned Training.ĭue to a bug, Sirollus does not actually offer training without the LeFemm Armor plugin installed. Sadrith Mora, Wolverine Hall: Mages Guild Sadrith Mora, Telvanni Council House, Chambers Unlike most formula, your Fatigue does not impact price. For more details, see the "Drain and Train" cheat. You can reduce training costs to 1gp per level by using Drain Skill 100pts on yourself.Prices also depend on the player's skill level for the skill being trained. You can reduce training costs by 75% or more by using Fortify Mercantile 100pts on yourself, then immediately talking to the trainer.Higher level trainers typically have higher Mercantile (and those that train Mercantile will by definition), so it may be cheaper to use less skilled trainers before higher level ones. Prices also depend on both the player and the trainer's Mercantile skill levels.Try to raise their disposition to 100 (or as high as possible) to lower training costs. A trainer's Disposition toward you is a significant factor in price.Note that when you pay a trainer, your payment can be used to increase their available gold, if they are also a merchant. For example, casting a Fortify Unarmored 100pts spell on any trainer will temporarily turn them into a Master Trainer in the Unarmored skill for the duration of the spell. This can be changed by casting a Fortify Skill spell on them.A trainer typically offers training on their three highest skills. In the given example, you can simply fortify your strength to temporarily raise the limit to which you can train. However, trainers take into account any Fortify Attribute effects you might have on you. ![]() For example, if both your Long Blade and Strength are at 50, then you will be unable to train Long Blade. You cannot train a skill higher than its governing attribute.Either way, you will need to cast it again if you wish to train another level.A long-duration spell costs more but provides no added benefit its effects will have worn off by the time you finish training.A short-duration spell is enough to initiate conversation and, subsequently, training. You can receive training from hostile trainers by casting the Calm Humanoid spell effect on them.Training takes 2 game hours for every skill level trained. The trainers can thus raise your skill one point higher than what is listed, with the exception of the Master Trainers, since no skill may be trained above 100.
